Hello Fellow Foodies!

If you want to catch a glimpse of cross-cultural culinary experiences then check out this promo of the Netflix documentary ‘Ugly Delicious’

Hi, Welcome to the International Food Hub!

My name is Ghalia Taman. As a third world culture kid who attended an International school, I was exposed to a wide array of nationalities which allowed me to make friends from four continents. Every year I make sure to give them a visit while also devoting a large chunk of my trip to indulging in cuisines from around the world. This blog is devoted to showcasing all the different types of food and restaurants I was exposed to and everything I learnt along the way. I hope it will provide young Egyptian foodies and travel buffs inspiration to incorporate some of these ideas into restaurants, establishments and dishes in Egypt.

That’s me at the Great NY Noodletown at NYC, excited to try out their Shrimp Wonton Noodle Soup

Take a virtual food journey through countries like Asia

Asia is known to be the hub of an amalgamation of dishes ranging from delicious beef noodle broths, steaming dumplings to matar paneer, pakora and mie goreng.

Here is a gallery to give you a glimpse of some of the items of food that will be part of the blog posts:

From dragon fruit pancakes to fried chicken waffle cones
